As promised here is the first installment of our podcasting experiment, Bedroom Banter. We’re quite pleased with how the first episode has turned out and things are lookign good for the future!

I’m back! After a long summer of ignoring my blog’s existence I have finally got round to writing a new entry, so apologies if I’m a little rusty…
This summer has been a pretty good one; I was fortunate enough to have had two jobs and spent some quality time with my family and friends. It had that classic ‘school holiday’ feeling where it seemed like it was dragging some weeks and then the next flew by far too quickly, but like I said it was pretty dam good all the same. And to blow my own trumpet a little, I even got my first article published in the local paper, mum was thrilled.
And so to my second year of University!
I’ve only been back in Lincoln two weeks but they have flown by. They’ve been absolutely jam packed with late nights, lie-ins and trying to do a million and one things during the day; pretty hectic to say the least but I’m getting my head back into the swing of things now. Hopefully that means that posting on here will become a more regular thing, you lucky people you..
And talking of posting regularly, that leads me nicely onto my next plug and my newest venture into the journalistic world, podcasting. Yes that’s right, in the not so distant future your ears will be caressed by the sounds of mine and my good friend Sam’s voices as we embark upon our creation, ‘Bedroom banter’ (No homosexual innuendos please…) It will be an eclectic mix of topics with banter and controversy produced right from my bedroom in our new Lincoln home, watch this space!
Ok so that last paragraph may have slightly over sold it, nonetheless we’re still hoping that our vocal blogs will still be pretty good. We will post each episode of Bedroom Banter on our blog pages for you to listen to as many times as your heart’s content, and when we do we’d love hear your thoughts! Leave a comment on the blog or get back to us on facebook! I think that’s enough from me now.
